Honestly, what could be a better dessert on Valentines Day than this? It’s chocolate, it’s super quick and easy to make, and it definitely satisfies that sweet tooth.

Tips for Making Chocolate and Toffee Chip Brownies

• Use a fudge brownie mix.
• When using semi-chocolate chips, use a brand that you are familiar with.
• If you can’t find toffee chips, buy a couple of Heath bars and crush them yourself.
