Want to know how to cook quinoa?
Cooking quinoa is easy. All you have to do is combine 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water or broth (I prefer vegetable broth) and 1 tbsp of salted butter in a medium sized pot. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low, and cook until the liquid is absorbed! The result is super flavorful & fluffy quinoa!
Not wanting to cook quinoa on the stove top? You can cook quinoa in a rice cooker too! Simply cook it with the same ingredients listed above, and turn on the rice cooker!

This QUINOA salad was delicious, I made it over the weekend. I cooked my QUINOA with my homemade veggie broth. I can eat the whole thing in one sitting, lol, but I have to pace myself. Thanks Rosie!
