Well, this pineapple glazed chicken is a cheaper and healthier dish to replace that ham! You can use any chicken pieces that you desire, it doesn’t matter! This chicken will be perfect for any occasion.

I actually came up with this idea around the holidays. I was thinking of something holiday-ish for all of my non-pork eaters. I also wanted to have a dish that was easy and affordable to make. I knew that if I made chicken, I couldn’t go wrong. Everyone loves chicken right? I didn’t want to make an every day chicken, however, and I wanted some type of glaze.
