Sweet and Savory Pineapple Glazed Chicken!
Here’s a super easy chicken recipe for you all to enjoy! Usually when you hear of a pineapple and cherry glaze you automatically think of ham right? Well here is a cheaper and healthier dish to replace that ham! You can use any chicken pieces that you desire, it doesn’t matter! This chicken will be perfect for any occasion.
I actually came up with this idea around the holidays. I was thinking of something holiday-ish for all of my none pork eaters. I also wanted to have a dish that was easy, and affordable to make. I knew that if I made chicken, I couldn’t go wrong. Everyone loves chicken right? I didn’t want to make an every day chicken however, I wanted some type of glaze. I simply used one of my many ham glazes for the chicken, and the rest is history. Everyone loved the chicken, and more than likely, you will to. Give this recipe a try and tell me what you think.
