    1 bag tortilla chips

Notes

The ingredient measurements listed don't have to be exact - use what you have! Some additional topping ideas:
  • Jalapenos—if you like a kick of heat, diced, chopped, or sliced jalapenos are a must-have.
  • Red onions are a bit sweeter than yellow onions and pair well with BBQ sauce and smoky brisket.
  • Beans—black beans or pinto beans not only add protein to your nachos, but also tons of flavor! Beans can also bulk up the recipe if you don't have quite enough leftover brisket.
  • Corn is sweet and crunchy, perfect for nachos!
Optional toppings for serving:
  • Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (a lighter option for sour cream)
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Your favorite brand of store-bought salsa
  • Sliced avocado or Homemade guacamole
  • Pico de Gallo or Texas caviar
  • A drizzle of BBQ sauce, hot sauce, or taco sauce
  • Lime wedges
