Spicy Strawberry Pico de Gallo Recipe

  • Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems and chop.
    3 cups fresh strawberries
  • Remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños and rinse.
    4-5 jalapeños
  • Chop the strawberries, jalapeños, and onions as evenly as possible so everything is about the same size. Finely chop the cilantro.
    3 cups fresh strawberries, 1/4 cup diced white onion, 1/4 cup diced red onion, ½ cup chopped cilantro, 4-5 jalapeños
  • Toss everything together in a large bowl. Add lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and refrigerate
