Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix the dry rub seasoning with 2 tablespoons each of olive oil and apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke.
2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp liquid smoke, 3 tbsp Rosamae Seasonings BBQ Rub
  • Rub those savory seasonings all over your brisket, making sure to cover the whole cut of meat.
    7-8 lb beef brisket
  • Broil the brisket for just a few minutes to get that signature smoky crust on the outside.
  • Prepare your slow cooker with some nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the brisket in a foil lined baked dish.
  • Set the slow cooker on low and let cook for 10-14 hours.
  • Transfer it to an aluminum foil-lined sheet pan and place it under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, or until that dark crust forms across the top of the brisket.
  • Once the brisket is nice and crusted with that savory, smoky bark, wrap it in the foil and LET. IT. REST.
  • Let the brisket rest for 1 hour!
  • Serve and enjoy!
