Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
Slice the bell peppers and onion, then spread them out on the baking sheet.
Add the steak strips to the baking sheet with the peppers and onion.
Sprinkle the minced garlic and fajita seasoning over everything.
Drizzle the olive oil evenly across the mixture and toss to coat everything well.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss the mixture to ensure even cooking.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the shrimp on top of the steak and vegetable mixture.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the lime juice evenly over the top.
