  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
  • Slice the bell peppers and onion, then spread them out on the baking sheet.
  • Add the steak strips to the baking sheet with the peppers and onion.
  • Sprinkle the minced garlic and fajita seasoning over everything.
  • Drizzle the olive oil evenly across the mixture and toss to coat everything well.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss the mixture to ensure even cooking.
  • Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the shrimp on top of the steak and vegetable mixture.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle the lime juice evenly over the top.
