  • ¼ cup Sweet and Sour Mix
  • 2 cups Ice

Pineapple Layer:

Coconut Layer:

  • 3 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 1 ½ cups Cream of Coconut
  • ¼ cup Piña Colada Mix
  • 2 cups Ice

  • Sparkling White Wine from Cellars Wine Club

  • Blend the ingredients for each layer (kiwi, pineapple, and coconut) separately until smooth.
  • Layer the Cocktail:
  • Carefully layer the kiwi, pineapple, and coconut mixtures in a tall glass.
