Fresh Blueberry Salsa
This zesty blueberry salsa recipe will be a hit at any party! A flavorful combination of juicy blueberries with sweet tomatoes, peppers, onions, and citrus.

3 cups fresh blueberries 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves only, chopped 3 jalapeños minced, seeds removed 1 large red onion diced 1 large red bell pepper diced 2 large Roma tomatoes diced ½ tsp. salt 1 large lime juice only
Wash the blueberries thoroughly, then pat dry.
3 cups fresh blueberries
Take 1 ½ cups of the blueberries, and cut them in halves.
Toss all of the blueberries into a large mixing bowl, then set to the side.
Next, dice the roma tomatoes,red onion, red bell peppers, and jalapeno. Toss into the bowl with the blueberries.
1 large red onion, 1 large red bell pepper, 2 large Roma tomatoes, 3 jalapeños
Chop the cilantro, then add it to the mixing bowl.
1 bunch fresh cilantro
Add in the salt, and lime juice.
½ tsp. salt, 1 large lime
Fold the ingredients until combined.
Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours to let the flavors marry.
Serve, and enjoy!
