  • Add the onions, peppers, and carrots in a pot. Sprinkle in the seasoning salt and garlic, then pour in the water and bring to a boil over high heat.
    1 large bell pepper, 1 large onion, 3 large carrots, 5 green onions, 2 tbsp seasoning salt, 8 cups water or broth, 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Season the chicken with the remaining seasoning, then add the chicken into the pot. Cook for 10 minutes before the next step.
    2 lbs boneless chicken thighs, 2 tbsp all-purpose, salt-free seasoning
  • Reduce the temp to medium-high heat, then add the tomatoes, corn, and potatoes.
    14 oz canned tomatoes, 6 medium size red potatoes, 8 small corn on the cobbs
  • Cover and let the soup cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
