Preheat the oven on 375 F.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil on the chicken, and season each side of the chicken with the Mrs. Dash, and the southwest seasoning.
Cover and bake the chicken for 30 minutes.
Boil your pasta then drain.
Place the pasta into a bake dish, then drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil over the pasta.
Cut the chicken into bite sizes, then add the chicken to the pasta, along with the tomatoes.
Pour 1 1/2 jars of the alfredo sauce over the pasta, then fold in.
Season the pasta with the garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle in 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of the green onions over the pasta, then use tongs or another kitchen utensil to fold everything in.
Sprinkle the Italian cheese over the pasta.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 375 F.
Heat the remaining alfredo sauce, and keep it in case anyone wants extra sauce.
Serve!
