Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti

This fun twist on a classic Italian recipe can probably be tossed together with ingredients you already have on hand! Enjoy this chicken alfredo spaghetti for a date night dinner with your sweetheart.

  • Preheat the oven on 375 F.
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil on the chicken, and season each side of the chicken with the Mrs. Dash, and the southwest seasoning.
  • Cover and bake the chicken for 30 minutes.
  • Boil your pasta then drain.
  • Place the pasta into a bake dish, then drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil over the pasta.
  • Cut the chicken into bite sizes, then add the chicken to the pasta, along with the tomatoes.
  • Pour 1 1/2 jars of the alfredo sauce over the pasta, then fold in.
  • Season the pasta with the garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle in 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of the green onions over the pasta, then use tongs or another kitchen utensil to fold everything in.
  • Sprinkle the Italian cheese over the pasta.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 375 F.
  • Heat the remaining alfredo sauce, and keep it in case anyone wants extra sauce.
  • Serve!
