Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup champagne
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree from fresh strawberries
  • A pinch of salt
  • Red food coloring optional

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with wax paper, ensuring the paper is smooth and extends over the edges for easy removal.
  • Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is well combined.
  • Stir in the champagne and mix thoroughly. The mixture will slightly fizz; continue to stir until it returns to a smooth consistency.
  • Add the strawberry puree and a pinch of salt to the chocolate mixture. Stir until the puree is fully incorporated.
  • For a more vibrant color, stir in a few drops of red food coloring until the desired hue is achieved.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it is firm.
  • Once set, use the wax paper to lift the fudge out of the pan. Place on a cutting board and cut into squares.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the harmonious blend of strawberries and champagne in this decadent fudge.
