These barbecue pork chops get coated in a flavorful spice blend, baked until tender, and brushed with a rich, caramelized sauce that delivers the perfect balance of sweet and smoky.

Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Put the pork chops in a bowl, or on a flat surface.
Drizzle the olive oil all over the pork chops, then add in the liquid smoke.
Make sure the pork chops are nicely coated.
Now add all of the seasonings in a bowl, then mix well.
Sprinkle the seasonings all over the pork chops and massage in. make sure all of the surfaced are coated with seasonings.
Carefully place the pork chops on a baking sheet.
Leave uncovered and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush or drizzle on bbq sauce on each side of the pork chops.
Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Next, switch the oven to broil for 3 minutes, then remove from the oven. Serve and enjoy with or without green onions.
