  • Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  • Put the pork chops in a bowl, or on a flat surface.
  • Drizzle the olive oil all over the pork chops, then add in the liquid smoke.
  • Make sure the pork chops are nicely coated.
  • Now add all of the seasonings in a bowl, then mix well.
  • Sprinkle the seasonings all over the pork chops and massage in. make sure all of the surfaced are coated with seasonings.
  • Carefully place the pork chops on a baking sheet.
  • Leave uncovered and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and brush or drizzle on bbq sauce on each side of the pork chops.
  • Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Next, switch the oven to broil for 3 minutes, then remove from the oven. Serve and enjoy with or without green onions.
