  • Heat Olive Oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning onto the chicken, then remove it from the pot and set aside.
  • In the same pot, combine Linguine, Zucchini, Red Pepper, Chicken Broth, Water, Salt, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes, or until pasta is almost done.
  • Add cream cheese, parmesan, and peas. Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
  • Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
