1 pound of large shrimp peeled and deveined 2 tablespoons of olive oil 4 cloves of garlic minced 1 cup of chicken broth or white wine The juice of one small lemon or lime 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes optional Salt and pepper to taste 3 tablespoons of butter A handful of fresh parsley chopped 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
Sauté the Garlic Start by setting your Instant Pot to the sauté mode.
Add the olive oil and minced garlic, and stir for about approximately 2-3 minutes.

Add the Liquid: Pour in the chicken broth (or white wine if you prefer) and lemon (or lime) juice.

Make sure to scrape any bits stuck to the bottom of the pot to prevent the dreaded "burn" message.
Add the Pasta: Break the spaghetti in half and add it to the pot, ensuring all the noodles are submerged in the liquid.

Cook the Shrimp: Layer the shrimp on top of the pasta, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
