Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 3 medium bananas mashed
  • 1 1/4 cups of granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of butter softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Prepare a donut pan by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray to ensure easy removal of the donuts after baking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the all-purpose flour, mashed bananas, granulated sugar, eggs, softened butter, milk, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Mix until the batter is smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Carefully scoop the banana batter into the wells of the donut pan, filling each one approximately 3/4 full. This will allow the donuts to rise properly without overflowing during the baking process.
  • Place the donut pan in the preheated oven and bake for 12-16 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean.
  • After baking, remove the donut pan from the oven and allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, gently remove the donuts from the pan and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, the donuts are ready to be served.
