Ingredients

  • 10 slices of the softest sandwich bread you can find like a hug in bread form
  • 4 oz. of cream cheese softened (like your heart when you see puppies)
  • 3 Tbs. of powdered sugar because life needs a little sweetness
  • 1/2 cup of sugar yes, more sugar, darling!
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon for that spicy kick
  • 1/2 cup of butter melted (because butter makes everything better)

Instructions

  • Fire up your oven to 350 F, like you're heating up the dance floor.
  • Now, let's give that bread a little trim. Slice off those crusts. (Save them for bread crumbs, honey, we don't waste!)
  • Grab a rolling pin and flatten that bread like you're smoothing out life's problems.
  • In a bowl, whip together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until it's smoother than your best pick-up line.
  • Lay out 2 shallow dishes like you're setting the stage. In one, mix the sugar and cinnamon, creating a little sandy beach of sweetness. In the other, pour in that melted butter, liquid gold!
  • Spread each bread slice generously with the cream cheese mixture. We're talking thick and luscious, baby!
  • Roll those slices up tight like a yoga mat.
  • Take each roll, give it a luxurious bath in the melted butter, then roll it in the sugar mix. It's a double dip of heaven!
  • Place these little rolls of joy on a baking sheet. Don't they look cute?
  • Bake them for 20 minutes until they turn lightly golden, like a summer tan.
  • Serve them up hot and watch them disappear faster than your ex when you ask for help moving.
