Peach Pretzel Jello Dessert

A deliciously sweet peach pretzel Jello dessert! A crunchy pretzel crust layered with a light and creamy cheesecake filling and peach Jello. Garnish with fresh peaches for a tasty summer dessert.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, add the pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Stir together to combine.
  • In a 9x13" pan, add your pretzel mixture and then evenly press into the bottom of the pan.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven. and set to the side and let cool.
  • Add your gelatin mix into a bowl and add boiling water.
  • Stir until the gelatin dissolves.
  • Set Jello aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add in the cream cheese and sugar.
  • Mix on a medium speed, until well combined, then gradually add in the Cool Whip.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip until incorporated.
  • Spread Cool whip mixture evenly over the pretzel crust.
  • Refrigerate for 45 minutes to set.
  • Next, add the peach slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the room-temperature Jello over the peaches.
  • Chill for 3 hours.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
