Bacon Mac and Cheese Recipe

With four different types of cheese, this bacon mac and cheese recipe is cheesy and sinfully delicious. The addition of bacon knocks it out of the park!

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  • Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain, and rinse under cool water.
    1 lb elbow macaroni
  • Add in the butter, milk, then eggs, and fold in the ingredients.
    2 cups milk, 2 large eggs, 4 tbsp butter
  • Add in all the cheeses, and sprinkle in the seasonings. Fold in the ingredients
    2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup gouda cheese, 1 cup havarti cheese, 8 oz velveeta cheese, 1 tsp seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Sprinkle the bacon crumbs on top, and bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
    1/2 cup real bacon crumbs
  • Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
