Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 large yellow onion minced finely
  • 2 ½ tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 oz package egg noodles
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp salted butter

Instructions

  • Combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl.
  • Use your hands to knead the meat mixture until it is fully combined.
  • In a large pot, drizzle in the vegetable oil, and heat it up over medium-high heat.
  • Form small meatballs from the meat mixture, then fry them in the pan for about a minute on each side.
  • Next, add in beef broth, half & half, 2 tbsp butter, the remaining seasoning salt and pepper, and stir.
  • Bring to a boil, then add in egg noodles.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the noodles are fully cooked and the sauce has begun to thicken.
  • Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese, and the fresh chopped parsley.
  • Serve & enjoy with garlic bread!
