  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Combine the eggs, mayo, salt, pepper, and cheese in a large mixing bowl, and mix.
    1 cup mayonnaise, 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Next, add in the broccoli and garlic, mix, then set the bowl to the side.
    2 tsp minced garlic, 20 oz bag of frozen broccoli
  • In a medium-sized saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  • Now add in the onions and saute until the onions are translucent.

  • Add in the all purpose flour, and stir.

  • Pour the half & half into the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
    2 1/2 cups half & half
  • Next, add the thickened sauce into the mixing bowl with the other ingredients and fold to combine.
  • Lightly butter a medium-sized casserole dish, then pour in the casserole mixture.
  • Dice the remaining butter into small pieces.

  • Top the casserole off with the crushed crackers, then top with the diced butter.
    1 roll of Ritz crackers
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
