Apple Cobbler with Bisquick
This apple cobbler recipe only requires a few ingredients, and it’s easy to whip up! Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream so a sweet, delicious dessert.
Servings 6 servings
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 large granny smith apples peeled and chopped
- 1 cup boiling water
Combine baking mix and sugar, add in the milk and mix well.
Pour into the bottom of a greased 9×9 pan.
Top this with the chopped apples, do not stir.
Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together and sprinkle evenly over the apples.
Pour the hot water over the top of this, again do not stir.
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
Serve & enjoy with ice cream!
