One-Pot Sloppy Joe Pasta Recipe

  • Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 large white onion, 1 red bell pepper, 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Add ground beef and brown until fully cooked.

  • Drain the fat, then sprinkle in the seasoning salt and black pepper.
    4 tsp seasoning salt, 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce. Stir until well combined, and add in the egg noodles.
    2 15 oz. cans diced fire roasted tomatoes, 15 oz can tomato sauce, 1/8 cup light brown sugar, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp hot sauce, 12 oz package egg noodles
  • Cover and cook until noodles are tender but not overcooked, for about 6-8 minutes.
