Combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl.
Use your hands to knead the meat mixture until it is fully combined.
In a large pot, drizzle in the vegetable oil, and heat it up over medium-high heat.
Form small meatballs from the meat mixture, then fry them in the pan for about a minute on each side.
Next, add in beef broth, half & half, 2 tbsp butter, the remaining seasoning salt and pepper, and stir.
Bring to a boil, then add in egg noodles.
Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the noodles are fully cooked and the sauce has begun to thicken.
Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese, and the fresh chopped parsley.
