Young's Seafood makes a delicious and EASY frozen fish and chips which makes for a fast and simple weeknight dinner. No prep, no cleanup, just a delicious dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 1 tbsp cocktail sauce
  • 2 oz balsamic vinegar
  • 4 lemon wedges
  • 1 Package of Young's Traditional British Crispy Battered Cod Fillet and Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
  • Remove all packaging. Place both the Battered Cod and Chips on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 22 minutes.
  • Serve with sides of Tartar Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Cocktail Sauce & Lemon Wedges
