Hi Rosie I just wanted to tell you that I love your website. I ran across it by accident but can’t stop going to it. I’ve found a lot of recipes that I had not been able to find before or recipes that I found but just didn’t come out right. I really love the fact that along with the recipe, you have a video to show how it’s done step by step. I’m becoming a much better cook because of your website. Please don’t stop. You’re awesome.
Thank you Sheila! I plan to be around for a long time 🙂
I came across you last night on you tube and couldn’t wait to get to work to look at your website. I just fell in love with all that you have to offer. Do you have a recipe for chicken and dumplins. That was a favorite that my mom use to cook, but she passed before she got to show me how to make. If you know how to make, which I’m sure you do… can you put it out there for me. Thanks and can’t wait to try all your recipes. My husband will be soooooo excited.

Hi Kim! There aren’t any cookbooks available right now. Please stay tuned.
You are a goddess! I happened to stumble across your channel just under a week ago and just can’t stop checking out your recipes!!
I do have to say thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU! I’m Italian and learned how to make the Italian dishes from my Nonna. I learned all the staples, comfort foods, etc. From my mom or basically just self taught. I would tweak things until I was satisfied with whatever I’d made. However, I simply ADORE SOUL FOOD! Mmmm hmmmm yum! Unfortunately, I’ve never had anyone teach me/show me how to make some damn fine SOUL Food. Until now! 🙂 I can’t wait to get started!!
Hi Niecey! I’m glad that you found my blog. I have lots of soul food recipes to choose from, with more to come! XOXO
Hi Rosie- just found your YouTube channel and blog and I am so excited to recreate these recipes. I have been in a recipe rut where I generally cook the same things over and over. Your food looks amazing and I have official signed up for the Rosie challenge 🙂 .
Awesome!!
Hi Rosie, I’ve been watching your show for over a year now and it has really helped me grow into a better cook. Your recipes are delicious and fun. Keep up the great work
Thank you! I appreciate your support!
You and I have created a monster!!! You for your Meat Sauce and me for making it the first time I saw the recipe. Now my husband wants anything with that sauce TWICE a week. Needless to say I have run out of sauce after two weeks! Guess I now have triple or quadruple my next batch 🙂 Like other comments, you’re the best and make us all look like great cooks! I dunno why the Food Network hasn’t hired you yet! You deserve your own show.
My husband is the same way! I always have some sauce in my freezer. My son loves it too! Thanks!! XOXO
I stumbled across your website while I was looking at someone else’s. I saw your turnip green recipe and decided to try it and it came out great. Your website will be the go to for all my cooking needs.
Glad that you found me!
Hi Rosie,
Do you have a recipe for strawberry cobbler?
No I don’t . Unfortunately I’m allergic to strawberries, so I don’t cook with them 🙁
So glad I found your Sock it to me cake recipe. I’m making one for Thanksgiving. My grandfather made the last one I had ever eaten. I was 9. So excited to try to make it.
Definitely give it a try, and tell me what you think 😀
Hey, Mrs. Rosie 🙂
I just want to Thank you so much for your recipes and videos. My son thinks I’m the best cook in the world..LOL! I have tried other YouTube recipes, but, you are the Queen of cooking.
I just made the southern Salisbury steak. As I was “taste testing” let’s say a whole pattie is missing.
LOL!!! I wonder what happened to the missing patty. LOL
