I tried the recipe but when we dropped the batter in the hot cast iron they do not flowing on the surface. We follow all you said on the recipe
One thing change on the recipe is the butter miel
Instead of the regular milk we used the almond milk and 2tsp of vinegar
In addition we used 100 percent of whole wheat flour to make self rising 1 1/2 tsp bpowder and 1/2
Salt. Please tell what I am doing wrong on the recipe.
