Hi, Rosie
I wanted to ask if there is a substitute for bourbon? I went to the store and they don’t have small bottles, so it’s very expensive and we don’t drink, do I just really couldn’t justify the purchase. Also your BBQ rub, I saw under BBQ pork chops. Have you used it alone, without the added BBQ sauce, like seasoning. Should I add anything extra to it, since I don’t want to use my store bought BBQ sauce? Thank you for all the flavorful recipes.
Hi Dana! You can omit the bourbon if you’re not a fan. It will just be Mango Peach BBQ Sauce 🙂
